Safe use

  • Use only for liquids listed in the manual. Petrol and diesel are flammable.
  • Do not use near open flame, sparks or in unventilated rooms.
  • Keep out of reach of children. This is not a toy.
  • Drain hoses after use and store dry. Never return with leftover fuel.

Frequently asked questions

Will the pump fit my jerry can?
The set has 3 adapters for common openings. Measure the diameter before you order. Some metal EU cans are too narrow; then it will not fit without your own solution.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 7 to 15 working days after payment. The parcel ships to your address. Holidays and customs can add time.
Are batteries included?
No. You need 4 AA batteries of the same brand. In a pinch it sometimes runs on 2, with lower flow.
Does auto-stop always work?
The sensor stops when the receiving tank is full if the hose is placed correctly. Do not push the outlet to the bottom. Stay with it the first times.
Is Tankflow an official factory store?
No. The seller is S&P Tech VOF (Belgium). Returns, warranty and complaints go through us, not the factory.
Can I return it after using it with fuel?
EU withdrawal: 14 days after receipt, unused, complete and without fuel residue. A pump used with petrol or diesel is not taken back — flammable and not safe to inspect. Defect on arrival: email us.
