Withdrawal and returns
You have 14 days after receipt to withdraw, without giving a reason, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Notify withdrawal by email to info@sptech.be. Return the product unused, complete and in the original packaging. No fuel or oil residue. You pay direct return costs unless the product is defective on arrival.
Exception: a pump that has been in contact with fuel is not taken back. That is a safety and hygiene reason, as far as the law allows.
Refund within 14 days after we receive the return or proof of shipment, via the same payment method.
